I'm not sure what a pre-order is. What is a pre-order?- A pre-order is when you reserve your merchandise now to be received at a later date. For more information about pre-ordering, click here.
- If you have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal balance. If not, you're welcome to use your credit or debit card.
- Try to connect your name and address to the gift card. If you received it as a gift, call the person who bought the gift card and have them contact the card’s provider and have them add your name & address to the card. This information is needed to verify you as the owner of the card in PayPal.
- Yes I do. I encourage those who live outside the US to order! Just a heads up, delivery may take a while. Customs is pretty strict on incoming international packages.
- Unfortunately I don’t. It’s a big risk. Cash could get lost or checks could bounce, etc. I rather accept payment through PayPal where I can receive money instantly and securely.
- As long as you have permission to do so, sure! If you’re asking a parent to buy something for you, IF IT'S A PRE-ORDER, PLEASE LET THEM KNOW THAT IT’LL TAKE A WHILE TO DELIVER.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. Since I mainly do pre-orders, I only make the number of clothes people ordered, which means clothes are in limited quantities and I would have no extras to give in exchange. It’s the responsibility of the customer to read and go through the FAQ before ordering. Please be sure to make the correct order and double check any information you were required to fill out. Once an order is processed, it would be difficult to change.
- Send me an email at [email protected]. In the subject area, type “SIZE CHANGE”. In the message area, please include the full name and email that was used to make the purchase. If you have any other additional information you can provide (such as Transaction ID or Invoice ID), please include them. Then let me know what size you need, but I can't guarantee I'll have the size you want available.
- Shipping costs vary upon location and how much is in your cart. You can view your shipping cost after you checkout.

- All orders are mailed through USPS (United States Postal Service). Domestic & international orders will be mailed in Uline Polymailer envelopes (white) or Priority Mail Envelopes/Boxes (red&white).
- Only those with orders that weigh more than 13 ounces (usually people who order a bunch of clothes) come with tracking.
- Once I’ve packed your order, you’ll be receiving an email from PayPal confirming your package was shipped out. It will include the tracking information.
- For regular orders: Once an order's been shipped, it could take about 3-5 days to deliver domestically and 2-3 weeks internationally.
- For pre-orders: It could take about 2-3 weeks to have the clothes made. Once they're finished, the same rules apply stated above.
- Any orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees imposed by the country of destination. Illthreads has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- In all the clothes, you can find the care label around the neck area that will instruct you on how the clothes should be washed. You can CLICK HERE for a guide on how to read care symbols.
- There should be a size chart in every product's description. You can CLICK HERE for a guide on how to read size charts.
- I try to make every effort to minimize errors, so I carefully inspect everything before it’s shipped. Unfortunately, mistakes DO happen from time to time. Send me an email at [email protected]. In the subject area, please put “INCORRECT”. In the message area, please include the full name and email that was used to make the purchase.
